• Staging Consultations:  Whether you have decided to Stage your home on your own or hire a Professional Real Estate Stager a consultation is a great place to start. Every house and homeowner is unique. During your consultation Dina will assess your house from a potential buyer's point of view. She will make suggestions that are most appropriate for your situation. You will receive a suggestion list of changes and improvements that should be done to make a positive and lasting first impression on potential buyers. Although we have found that clients that hire us for full scale Staging receive the highest return on their investment; any Staging that is done will be a benefit to you. (Recommendations for prefered contractors are available upon request for any installations or repairs that you may need to have done). The first two hours of the consultation are charged at a flat fee; any additional time needed will be charged by the hour. Although it is recommended that the home owner be present for the consultation, it is not necessary. Call for more information and pricing details.
  
  
• Staging:  If you do not have the time, the knowledge or the desire to Stage your house, but realize the value in Staging, Sell in Style can do the Staging for you. We will submit a proposal for the Staging that will be most beneficial for the successful sale of your house, keeping in mind your budget and time frame. Once you have reviewed the proposal, we will do as much or as little as you would like done, within your budget and time frame, to make your house stand out in the crowd both inside and out. Staging consists of carefully choosing accessories and furnishing (either already existing, rented items or a combination of both) and strategically placing these items in a way that will best enhance the positive features of your house. It often includes choosing appropriate paint colors that set the mood of the room while appealing to the widest range of buyers; as well as adding or replacing window treatments, carpet or flooring, artwork, lighting and plants. Staging also refers to Curb Appeal which may include paint color changes, house numbers, shutters, landscaping, and placing well chosen items to create a welcoming view from the road. Depending on the scope of work to be done and our schedule Staging takes an average of 4 days to complete. (50% of labor costs and 100% of estimated purchase costs - if any, will be due before work is to begin. The remaining 50% of labor is due the day of Staging completion).
  
  
• Rental of Staging Accessories & Furnishings:  Often home owners do not own all of the necessary items needed in order to have their house show as well as it could. We rent the necessary items to you (the home owner), so that you don't have to make the large investment that accessories, artwork, window treatments, area rugs, furnishings, plants, etc. can require. Rental is billed on a monthly basis. (The first months rent is due the date of delivery and is non-refundable. Additional months are billed every 30 days from the original delivery date, this additional time is prorated by the week. If less additional time of rental is needed than was billed for, you will receive a refund at the time of pick up.) Rental items are only available for homeowners for whom we Stage.
  
  
• Project Management:   Many people do not have the time or have relocated to a new area, making it difficult to make necessary arrangements with contractors to prepare their homes for sale. We are able to take away many of your stresses by scheduling contractors and overseeing work that is to be done, in order to ensure that it is done quickly and correctly. Timing is very important when you are trying to prepare your house for the real estate market. (Sell in Style charges by the hour for Project Management. Each contractor that is hired will have a contract directly with the home owner. Each contractor is solely responsible for upholding the terms of their contract.)

• Move-In Design:  If you are waiting to or have already moved into your new house, Sell in Style can help you make your new house a home. We can take the guesswork out of paint colors, furniture and accessory placement as well as helping you personalize your new space.
